There are clues that a guy wants to be exclusive that you may not be aware of so I am here to help. Determining the difference between a guy who wants to be in a committed relationship and a guy who is dating around can be confusing. But, when you look at things logically it will be crystal clear. You just have to know what the signs are that the guy wants to be exclusive. If a guy wants to spend time with you and no one else here is what to look for:
Clue #1 He’s giving you quality time.
You can tell a guy wants to be exclusive if he is trying to spend quality time with you. That means he is asking you out for multiple dates per week. It also means that he doesn’t just come around to sleep with you and that he will show you off in public.
Clue #2 He wants to spend every weekend with you.
When a guy is dating multiple women, he’ll see one on Friday and another on Saturday to see who will eventually rank higher on the dating totem pole. If he wants to be exclusive, he will see you multiple days in a row, including spending time both weekend nights, This is a sure sign that he is committed to you and to you only.
Clue #3 You will meet his family and circle of friends right away.
A man ready for a relationship with you will make sure you are always included in activies with his family and close friends. He will plan around your schedule so he can get you guys to meet and get to know each other. He;s sharinginteresting things about you to his relatives. He’s proud of you!
Clue #4 You talk all the time.
Any guy who looks at a girl as his girlfriend, will have consistent communication with her. He will regulary call or text you several times a day. Replying to your texts or phone calls right away so he won’t keep you hanging for long. You will always be his priority above everyone else.
Clue #5 He doesn’t pressure you.
Patience is something huge to look out for when trying to figure out if a guy is ready for a relationship or not. A man who is patient with you, waits for you to be ready and respects the pace you want to take with things, is a man ready to make you his girlfriend and wants to be exclusive.
Clue #6 You are talking about future plans.
While the conversation might not include ring shopping, he’s suggesting things he wants to do in the future. This could be a weekend away, going with him to a concert that he has tickets for, or even discussing relationship goals. He’s a guy that sees you by his side.
Clue #7 He unfriends all his exes on social media.
If he is ready to be your boyfriend he won’t keep hanging around other girls. Let’s forget about his sister, his mom and maybe that best friend he’s had since preschool. No, I’m talking about all the other girls that he flirted with before or that try to flirt with him now. He will stop paying attention to all girls that aren’t you!
Clue #8 He is fascinated by you.
Men don’t usually waste their time getting to know women that they don’t have future intentions to have a relationship with. If he trying to gett to know you he won’t just ask, “how’s your day been going?” or “what do you do for a living?” He will ask you deeper questions around your hopes and dreams and how he can fulfill them.
Clue #9 He is naturally kind and empathetic towards you.
He will be the president of your fan club and have your back always if he’s ready to commit to you. You can expect honest advice when you ask for his opinions. He will bring the kleenex when you are sad and will try to cheer you up. Remember, if he is truly ready for you to be his girlfriend, he will expect you to have the same shoulder to lean on for him.
Clue #10 You are his life coach, therapist and teacher all rolled into one.
A relationship-ready guy will display his undying trust towards you. He will treasure your thoughts and opinions and what you have to say altogether. You can be sure he will respect your counsel.
If he is doing the majority of things on this list, he’s into you big time. By doing them all, you may have just won the love lottery and are on your way to hearing him say the L word! This is how you know a guy wants to be exclusive.
